Our Methodology

Our proven deployment methodology follows the highest engineering and project management standards. After we agree on the Scope of Work, we will proceed with the following steps:

1. Discovery: During the discovery phase (generally lasting from a few hours to a week or more), we will interview key members of your team to determine the overall needs of the environment. We will also focus on gaining full knowledge of your communication pathways as well as how content is created and moves throughout your environment. Finally, we will determine your user roles and who will have access to what types of content.
   
   
2. Environment Definition: In the next phase of the project, we will develop a written "Environmental Definition Document". The EDD will detail in granular form the environment we will configure for you. It is an iterative process and requires your sign-off before we begin development.
   
   
3. Prototyping: We prototype every design using the EDD. Our goal is to make sure the plan we develop will provide a clear, practical execution strategy. "Acceptance Testing Procedures" are developed to determine what "works" and "what does not." Once the Acceptance Testing Procedures are completed, we move to the production step. This phase will also be iterative and require sign-off.
   
   
4. Production: Once complete, we transfer the prototype environment to a "live" environment. Once again, the "Acceptance Testing Procedures" are followed to determine acceptance as complete.
   
   
5. Training: We provide thorough training and documentation tailored to your environment.

Your Choice... Installed or Hosted Solutions

We offer both an "INSTALLED" and "HOSTED" configuration. We can relieve your IT burden and host the solution for you or we can install our solution on your system. The choice is yours!
